We are a health and safety consultancy business, offering support to small and medium-sized builders, shopfitters, and developers involved in the converting or the construction of Multi Occupational dwellings.
As a result of our wide experience, we are often asked to act as the “Principal Designer”, in order to assist both the Client and the Principal Contractor in meeting the requirements of the current Health and Safety legislation, as set out by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE).
Current health and safety legislation places the responsibility for site safety firmly on the shoulders of both the Client and the Contractor, who must ensure that the regulations set down by the HSE in CDM (2015) are adhered to both in the planning of construction projects, but also in the execution of the construction work involved.
We consider ourselves specialists in both the pre-tender work, not only in planning the health and safety for a project, but also in setting up the site paperwork, and by making regular site inspection visits, ensuring that the regulations are being observed.
